It has been revealed! The latest kit from Cocoa Daisy, Candy Shoppe. When Christine showed us(the DT) the boards for the kit, I flipped out! Its gorgeous! The colors are so much fun and the stamps are awesome(have you seen the confetti stamp?) I even got the Project Life kit! So far, I've made 1 PL spread, 3 layouts and 3 cards, and I am just getting started, folks!

Here's what I've done so far...

Stop by the gallery and see what the rest of the DT have created.

Finally coming up for air!

Almost two weeks ago we sold this house...

And bought this house(in the same day).

That made for a tricky move. But fortunately, we had lots of help.

Then just a couple days later, we took a little road trip to pick up my Mother's Day gift...

He has been quite a handful so far. But he's awfully cute. :)

The house is *mostly* unpacked. We won't discuss the mounds of unpacked "junk" in the basement that may never see the light of day. We are adjusting nicely to our new routines and the loooong set of steps up to the bedrooms. Our new neighborhood is so quiet. We spent a bit out on the deck this morning with coffee and legos(with the kids of course) and enjoyed the cool breeze and the sunshine.

And with all the chaos, I totally forgot to share my Scrapjacked layout with you!
This month, we jacked Stephanie Howell. You can find the other jackers' layouts HERE.

Thanks for stopping by! And be sure to come back tomorrow, I will have some Cocoa Daisy June kit sneaks for you!

Cocoa Daisy Day of Inspiration Blog Hop

Hi! Welcome to my stop on the Cocoa Daisy Day of Inspiration Blog Hop! You should have come from Mandy Koeppen’s blog. If you’re starting here, be sure to go to the Cocoa Daisy blog and check out the rest of the team’s bags!
Here’s my Maya Road hip bag.

I started my bag off with some spray inks and masks. I taped off my herringbone mask to get the two colors, then I layered the other mask on top with some white and red inks. I added a Maya Road linen heart, stamped my sentiment, and glued on the "today" die-cut. After all that, it still seemed a bit plain, so I sprinkled on a handful of black and gold sequins. To keep the inks from rubbing off and to give the paper die-cut some protection from the elements, I sprayed the bag with a sealant.

Now it’s on to Sharmaine Kruijver
I hope you’ve been inspired by my bag!

Here’s a master list if you started in the middle:
